Swedish - A light to medium pressure massage. Intended
purely for relaxation and stimulating circulation to heighten your body's well being.

Deep Tissue - Deep seeded tension causes
chronic holding patterns. Specific massage combining finger tip and elbow pressure on areas of
high irritability will help lengthen underlying tissue, relieving areas that are tight and

Chinese Meridian Therapy -
Pathways can be seen as a direct line to a problematic area and
everything connecting within this pathway benefits. All are connected
to allow the "Qi" or life force of the body and blood flow to circulate.
This session uses accupressure of "press and release" motions.

Raynor Technique -
A session where Eastern and Western practices combine. This is a blend of Deep Tissue,
Swedish and Chinese Meridian Therapy massage. A technique custom to produce the ultimate
in massage therapy.
Warm Stone Massage - This massage
has been used for hundreds of years by different cultures, particularly Native Americans
who believed the stones to be medicinal and that the stones absorbed the negative energy
from the body, leaving the body healed and in a heightened state of well being. Today
the stones are used to bring about a deeper state of relaxation. Warm stones are good
for soothing sore muscles, reducing stress, and increasing circulation.
Ortho-Bionomy - It's Know as "The Gentle Way." This massage technique is a gentle way to work with the body to help release tention and re-align the body to it's natural state. It can be done on it's own to target specific areas or it can be combined with a Swedish Massage.

Nuero Muscular Therapy - Specific work on individual muscles and the areas of the muscles that have tenderness can help to alleviate soft tissue pain and dysfunction. Combined with swedish massage you can find the specific areas that are causing pain, and where it is referring to and work those areas.

Prenatal Massage - This full body massage is a combination of Swedish massage and pressure releasing techniques designed to help expecting mothers get a relaxing relief to tight, tense areas that need it most; backs, legs and feet.

Salt Glow - Dead sea salts and essential oils of your
choice are blended together and massaged on the skin, creating a "silky, soft, healthy glow".
Treatment followed by a shower.
Apricot Seed Body Polish - Micro buffing beads, loofa
and Apricot seeds massaged into the skin. Leaves your skin smooth and refined. Great for
sensitive skin.
Body Mud Wrap - Your choice of 3 therapeutic muds,
smoothed onto the entire body. You are then wrapped in a thermal blanket while the mud sets
and given a mini-facial massage. This treatment is followed by a shower.

Herbal-Aromatherapy Body Wrap - You are enveloped in warm

Self-Heating Mud Treatment - Add this treatment to any
massage or facial. Increases circulation and relaxes tense areas on the spinal area and back.
Temperature of mud reflects the need of urgent penetration to muscles.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid Peel - Using Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA)
